Shipping

Dispatch (all orders)

— In-stock items: shipped within 2 business days of payment.

— Pre-order items: shipped in approximately 2–3 weeks.

Taiwan

— 7-11 Pickup: NT$65

— Home delivery: NT$120 (main island) / NT$250 (outlying islands)

Free 7-11 pickup on Taiwan orders over NT$5,000 (home delivery excluded; sale items excluded).

International

We ship internationally — orders can be placed directly at checkout.

— Asia (Japan, Korea, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, etc.): NT$600, approx. 7–14 business days after dispatch.

— United States: NT$2,500 (courier), approx. 10–15 business days after dispatch.

— Other regions (Europe, Oceania, etc.): NT$1,800, approx. 10–15 business days after dispatch.

For pre-orders, allow dispatch time plus transit. Some orders may experience customs delays; transit times are not guaranteed.

Free shipping does not apply to international orders.

Taxes & Duties

All international orders are shipped Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) — duties and taxes are not included in the product price. The recipient is responsible for all customs and clearance fees, payable at local customs.

Refused shipments will be returned to Taiwan and will not be re-shipped; shipping fees are non-refundable.

Returns

Products with significant defects are eligible for a full refund.

Issues related to craftsmanship, size, color, or personal preference are not eligible for return.

International orders are final sale — please review your order carefully before purchase.
