Stockholm Surfboard Club was founded in 2017 in Stockholm — a city with barely any surf, which is exactly the joke. The club shapes real surfboards and cuts real clothes: Scandinavian minimalism loosened up by surf culture, garment-dyed and distressed organic cotton made in Portugal. What began as a wry local club now sits in leading stockists worldwide.
